Bookings Update
Bookings are now being taken for all of 2024.
Groups from Bury, Greater Manchester, have priority but we accept bookings from elsewhere. Early booking is advisable as the centre is very popular. Bookings may be made on a weekend basis arriving Friday from 4:00pm, vacating the Hostel by 4:00pm on Sunday.
For mid-week use parties may arrive from 4.00pm (it may be possible to arrive earlier however this must be requested and confirmed by the Booking Secretary) and must vacate the hostel by 12.00pm on the day of departure.
Charges for exclusive use – these are subject to annual review. Weekends are subject to a two night minimum i.e Friday & Saturday, or Saturday & Sunday.

The charges include use of all facilities including central heating, cooking and lighting costs. Any damages must be paid for.
We may be able to offer assistance to groups in the Bury Metropolitan Council area who require support. To see if your group might be eligible please contact the booking secretary.

A booking deposit of £100 for short-stay bookings or £250 for 7 nights or more is required. No booking will be confirmed unless the deposit has been paid to the “Bury Jubilee O.P.C.”. The balance is due 5 weeks before the first day of use, as set out in the “Terms & Conditions”. Any damages will be charged at cost.
In the event of cancellation deposit are not refundable except under para. 18 detailed in the booking conditions.
The booking and use of the centre is conditional on the acceptance of the terms set out above and the agreement that the leader/hirer agrees to comply with the general conditions of hire a copy of which is attached for new users of the centre, or may be obtained on request from the secretary. The leader/hirer confirms that the information he has supplied is correct.
